First of all, this hair salon appreciates customers' time. Compared to other salons I have visited, the haircut/treatment can immediately start after I reach, regardless of how crowded they are. The appointment process via WhatsApp is easy too, with reminders and rescheduling enabled.
Now comes my hairdresser & stylist, Jack. He's amazing! During my first visit two years ago, he analyzed my hair and discussed what kind of haircut and treatment best suited me while considering my suggestions too. He is attentive, very skilled, and the haircut result has been consistent. The hair and scalp treatment is also effective in improving my hair and scalp health.
